چکیده

Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate fracture strength different composite resins and quantity voids in conventional posterior composite, high-flow flowable bulk-fill fiber-reinforced composite. Materials Methods: Forty-four caries-free, freshly extracted mandibular premolars were used for this study. Teeth prepared cavity root canal treatment. Subsequently, treatment applied teeth cavities order prepare them restorations. specimens then divided into four groups: group-1: Estelite Posterior; group-2: Flow Quick High Flow; group-3: Bulk-fill group-4: everX Posterior. One specimen from each experimental group examined using micro-CT perform measurement voids. Results: values flowable, fiber-reinforced, micro-hybrid composites found be similar (p=0.497). EverX Posterior showed highest (841.1±149.4 N), followed by (822.8±170.8 N). Conclusion: Volume (%) obtained Micro-CT analysis revealed that restorations with liner or exhibited more lowest percentage volume incorporating results.

Clinical evaluation of posterior composite restorations in endodontically treated teeth.

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to evaluate the two year clinical performance of posterior composite restorations in endodontically treated premolars and molars using a hybrid composite (Filtek Z-250, 3M ESPE) and a total etch bonding system (Single Bond, 3M ESPE). METHOD AND MATERIALS Thirty-nine class II restorations in endodontically treated premolars (n=11) and molars (n=28) of 27...

Resistance of bonded composite restorations to fracture of endodontically treated teeth.

The aim of this in vitro study was performed to evaluate the effect of dentin bonding agents and glass ionomer cement beneath composite restorations and its resistance to fracture of endodontically treated teeth. Fifty sound extracted maxillary teeth were selected; ten of them for controls and the remainder were modified with root canal treatment and a mesial occlusal distal (MOD) cavity prepar...

Longevity of Amalgam Build-Up Restorations in Endodontically Treated Teeth

Background and Aim: Restoration of endodontically treated teeth is one of the most important and challenging topics in restorative dentistry. Longevity of such restorations is an essential factor in treatment planning. Amalgam build-up is a conservative method for restoration of endodontically treated teeth. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the longevity of this type of restoration in endo...

Fracture Strength of Endodontically Treated Teeth Restored with Composite Overlays with and without Glass-fiber Reinforcement.

PURPOSE To evaluate the fracture strength and the failure mode of endodontically treated teeth restored with composite resin overlays with and without glass-fiber reinforcement. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 32 extracted molars were divided into four equal groups. In the NFR-NFRC (no foundation restoration, no fiber-reinforced composite) and NFR-FRC (no foundation restoration, fiber-reinfo...
